The form template covers the fields typically requested (identity, document, provenance, purpose of stay, etc.), flagged as a draft until you've validated it with your own commissariat — requirements vary by location. Fields are editable: rename, reorder, or add fields to match exactly what you're asked for.

The check-in link (wifi, key box code, access instructions) is only sent once the form is complete — that's what drives completion, not one more reminder buried in a conversation.

Beds24, Hostaway, Cloudbeds, Guesty, Lodgify, and Smoobu are all supported. Your bookings sync automatically, with a regular reconciliation pass as a safety net if a webhook is missed.

You can create and complete any form manually from the dashboard, with the same validation as the guest form. It's a normal path, not a workaround — roughly half of all forms go through it in practice.

No facial recognition, no biometric comparison — the ID image is stored, never compared to a selfie. ID scans are automatically deleted after 90 days; only the form record itself is kept, for the 5-year legal retention requirement. Nothing sensitive (document number, date of birth, address) is ever sent to Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable.
